DREAM WULF

PSYCHEDELIC grunge BASED out of PORTLAND, OREGON

  • ROBERT HAM, THE PORTLAND MERCURY

What Portland quartet Dream Wulf understands better than much of the psych-rock rabble is that making spacey, freaked out noise doesn’t amount to much if you don’t have good songs to go with it. On the group’s latest album All Things Unconsidered, they bear that out with tunes that are replete with melody and a foundation of gritty blues that still seek to take you to higher planes of reality.

  • RODERICK ALLEN, ROSE CITY REVIEW

All Things Unconsidered, is faultless from the opening isolated vocals on “Rose Painted Dying” to the frantic closing notes of “My own Advice” with mega hits “Blue Dream” and “The Last Known Purple” snuggled in between.  This work of art is one of the most important albums of 2019. Dream Wulf has not only become one of the most relevant bands in the Portland psychedelic rock scene but, this album has propelled them as one of the psychedelic rock leaders in the Pacific Northwest.

  • ZACK FINCH, BUMP.FYI

Powerful and mesmerizing, this quartet channels darkness and desire into their unique brand of psychedelic grunge.

  • REED SCHACKMANN, VORTEX MUSIC MAGAZINE

In just 10 months, Dream Wulf have found their fierce, psychedelic sound and turned it up to 11 on their debut LP, All Things Unconsidered. With powerful female vocals, face-melting guitar riffs, intricate time signatures, and captivating, murky undertones, it’s a teetering synergy of a positive message with a dark delivery. Magnetically charged, their live performances are bewitching and dreamy, radiating a unified intensity that lives up to their pack name. For fans of Jefferson Airplane, Queens of the Stone Age, All Them Witches and Black Sabbath, celebrate the release of All Things Unconsidered at the Alberta Street Pub with Queen Chief and Fire Nuns on Saturday, December 21—plus look for it on vinyl this spring!
